  • Deputies were dispatched to a N. Sandusky St. business on a possible alarm. Deputies located two individuals sitting inside a vehicle parked behind the business. Marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia was found on the individual sitting in the driver's seat of the vehicle. He was cited for possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia.
  • Complainant/victim reported her mailbox had been damaged and wanted to file a report. Pictures were taken and a verbal statement was collected.
  • Charles P. Whitney was driving east on Coshocton Rd and slowed down to allow the car in front of him to turn. Alexander Kreps was traveling behind Whitney and was unable to stop in time, hitting Whitney in the rear-end. Kreps was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
  • The complainant advised deputies of a female under the bridge across the river who seemed to be ready to either fall or jump in. Deputies located the woman, Jessica M. Waldrop, who was highly intoxicated and unable to maintain her balance. Waldrop was evaluated by medical personnel and then arrested on a probation violation per her probation officer. Waldrop was then transported to the Knox County Jail.
