Ohio Express has limited spots available for 2010 teams!
The Ohio Express girls basketball club is currently in the process of finalizing our spring/summer of 2010 teams.

If you are interested in playing contact Brent Glass at (740) 683-3378 or Mark Lane at (740) 624-2378. Act now as we will be taking limited teams this year and spots are limited. If you want to take your game to the next level than contact us today!

Top reasons to play with the Ohio Express a state and nationally known program:
1. Coaching staff
We provide an experienced and knowledgeable coaching staff who place a strong emphasis on fundamentals. Most of our coaches are junior high or high school level coaches, helping to provide an advanced basketball education.

2. Strength of schedule
Ohio Express teams play in tournaments that are competitive. Our teams play in AAU and GBA State, AAU Super Regionals, AAU and GBA National events. We have sent our teams to varsious college exposure tournaments and the prestigious Tennessee Miracle Classic. Our teams also play up in age to further challenge them.

3. Out of season support and opportunities
We believe that a good spring and summer program provides support and opportunities to allow their players to continue to improve their games in the off season as well.

We provide:
Free summer workouts to help build fundamental skills. We travel throughout central and eastern Ohio to provide these sessions.

Have nominated and recommended players for various college camps and exposure events.

Attended an Ohio State women's game at discounted prices with our players scrimmaging at half-time in front of over 5,000 spectators.

Provide free recruiting pages that can be supplied to colleges that you are interested in attending.

Individual workout sessions available upon request.

Provided a fall league as a warm-up to the school season.

4. College Exposure
The Ohio Express works hard to develop relationships with recruiting services and college coaches. We have sent our teams to many college exposure events and our players to many individual events as well. As a relatively young club we are just now starting to see our players go on to the next level and play college basketball.

5. Future Plans
Within the next three years the Ohio Express plans to build our own basketball facility. We are currently looking at different options that will allow us to have a home gym to base our operations out of. If you are interested in participating on or donating to the Ohio Express Gym Task Force contact Mark Lane at marklane@ohioexpressbasketball.com.

Please do not delay if you are serious about improving your game, being coached by experienced and enthusiastic coaches and playing in some of the best tournaments around, contact Eastern Ohio's Premier Girls Basketball Club today.

The Ohio Express will be holding an open workout for any girls in 4th and 5th grade this Sunday, November 1 from 6 to 8. The location is 2805 Pinkerton Lane, Zanesville, Oh. 43701. Purpose of the workout will be to introduce our club to players that are interested in playing in the spring and to put together a travel team for this winter. The travel team will play in approximately three tournaments during the winter and should not conflict with youth league basketball. The team will be coached by Jake Stewart and Brent Glass.
