Quoting the Cleveland Pllain Dealer. The Federal Election Commission is now in the process investigating Dem. Zack Space. Space has been writing $900.00 campaign checks to a nonexistent company (Space Rental). Space has confirmed that there is no such company, but continued write the checks.

Is it stealing if a Dem. takes money from other Dem?

If a Dem. steals from their own famiily, of Dems, will they steal from the rest of us?

I went to that article thinking "uh oh, we have another Bob Ney on our hands." And then I read it. This really sounds like nothing at all--at worst, a case of sloppy record keeping. A congressman should not be keeping financial records sloppily, but that HARDLY rises to the level of criminal malfeasance, and it hardly warrants a second look.

Ain't that a damn shame!! I seldom get that excited, the thought of Buck Rogers in prison is far too much to expect. Oh Well!! I can dream, can't I?

I would not have posted this subject. If it had not been printed in the Plain Dealer. The Plain Dealer is rated as the top Dem. newspaper in Ohio, and ranks right up there for the top Dem. newspapers in the country. There is alot more to the story, or you can bet your sweet bimpy would have never printed it.

Remember, Al Capone was never convicted on murder, assult, bribery, and etc., etc.

Income tax evasion is what sent him to jail.

Again ... it's sloppy work, and Space's team should have known better--especially after Bob Ney was sent away for playing fast and loose with money. But that's the extent of it, and it's not something worth worrying about. If there were something else going on, it would have been dredged up by now. But if this is all the Republicans have to go on?

Really? Didn't put much thought into your response, eh? Space is as much a thief & degenerate as Ol' Al ever was, taking a salary & those benefits is fraudulent as hell - he does nothing, spends all of his time trying to avoid legitimate questions & concerns posed by those of us who elected him not to mention everyone else he is responsible for representing

After doing some further reserach, it looks like Zack Space might have been writting two checks. One to pay the rent on his offices, in the building he owns. And, a second check to Space Rentals, both for $900.00.

It seems some of you know Zack Space personally. If you would please give him a call, and straighten this mess out, all the voters would appericate it.

You can't create a company that does not exist, then technically operate under that nam/business that does nto actually exist.

Sloppy record-keeping? Maybe. But falsafying records....AND operating under a company that does not exisit... is illegal.

That is like me starting a lawn maintenance business and not filing the proper paperwork to operate the business or under that name. He may rent it out to himself, good for him, saves him money, but you can't be cutting corners.

Does that mean he could be indicted? Convicted? Jailed or better yet, executed? I see the GOP folks are crawling out of the woodwork to run for his seat, anyone will do, a zipper even!!
