Arrests

Donna Sapp, 52, of Howard was charged with perjury and three counts of falsification before 2 am on Tuesday.  She was also charged with possession of and trafficking in heroin.

Eliger Mosby, 64 of Mount Vernon was cited for failing to use an appropriate child restraint device while driving.

Janice Popham, 69, of Fredericktown was cited Tuesday morning for speeding (40 in a 25).

Cortney B. Umfleet, 31 of Fredericktown was cited Tuesday afternoon for failing to yield at a stop sign at the corner of W. Chestnut and Mechanic streets.

Murphy Davidson Rettig, 31, of Marion was charged Tuesday night with driving under a suspended license.

Bruce Fleming, 36, was charged early Tuesday with driving under a suspended license.

Allyson M. Wood, 21, of Fredericktown was charged early Tuesday with driving under a suspended license.
