Karla K. Hubbard, 38, Mount Vernon, was cited Wednesday morning for a stop sign violation. She was sitting at a stop sign southbound on South Division Street, waiting to make a left-hand turn, when she failed to see a vehicle driven by Denise L. Ruza, 40, Mount Vernon, and the two collided.

Bert E. McDonald, 44, Mount Vernon, was cited Wednesday afternoon for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead. He was southbound on Newark Road when he struck the rear of another southbound vehicle driven by Hilbert O. Myers Jr., 48, Mount Vernon.


James Jason Garibaldi, 41, Mount Vernon, was arrested Sunday night and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence.

Matthew Z. Blair, 19, Howard, was charged Sunday morning with possession of drug paraphernalia, underage alcohol consumption and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Jeffrey A. Middleton, 29, Mount Vernon, was arrested Sunday morning and charged with persisting in disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and possession of marijuana.  

David McCoy, 24, Mount Vernon, was charged Sunday morning with disorderly conduct.

Brandy M. Brubaker, 24, Mount Vernon, was charged Saturday morning with possession of an open container of alcohol.

Jason D. Wilson, 29, Mount Vernon, was charged Saturday night with aggravated menacing.

Shawn A. Webb, 18, Newark, was charged Sunday morning with underage alcohol consumption.

Laura J. Horn, 46, Mount Vernon, was arrested Sunday morning and charged with domestic violence.
